How often alerts check and re-fire

Conditions are checked every 15 seconds on Starter, every 5 on Pro, and every second on Edge. Any single alert fires at most once a minute; that re-arm window is what stops a Greater-Than alert firing on every check while it holds.

A status of "Stopped — Triggered" means a once-only alert did its job. Edit and resume it to use it again.
