Market data comes from professional third-party feeds and is subject to their terms. We don't guarantee it's complete, timely, or error-free.

Positioning is inferred, not observed. Like every dealer-positioning product, we apply the standard dealer-side assumption to open interest, classify trade direction against the quote, and identify retail-sized flow by trade characteristics. The methodology is proprietary, but these are well-understood industry techniques, applied consistently, and best read as a map rather than a promise.

If something looks genuinely wrong, say a level that makes no sense or a symbol that won't load inside your coverage, email our Support Team with the symbol, the time, and what you saw.
