Fullscreen, the rail, and side panels

Fullscreen collapses everything to a single pane. Press Escape to exit; it's app-level, so your browser chrome stays.

Side panels open one at a time from the rail and push the chart aside rather than covering it. Clicking the open panel's icon closes it, and panels start closed on each load; which panel you had open isn't part of a layout.
