The Show Alerts toggle

Show Alerts (Pro and up) draws your active price-cross alerts on the chart.

Only price-cross alerts appear, since flow, ratio, and wall alerts have no meaningful position on a price axis. So the overlay showing nothing while you have active flow alerts is correct.
