Saved layouts and autosave

A layout is a named snapshot of how a product is arranged: ticker, panes, view, filters. Save one from the Layout menu at the top right. Layouts are held per product (an Expo layout can't apply to Heat), and plans keep 2 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 30 on Edge.

With autosave on, changes commit about 15 seconds after your last edit, and each new edit restarts the clock. The Save affordance appears as soon as a layout is touched, even if you've toggled the change back.
