Comparators: crossing, level, and moving

Three families, one value box. Crossing (and crossing up or down) fires when the metric passes your value. Greater Than and Less Than are level tests, true the whole time the condition holds, which is why they re-fire on the re-arm cycle rather than once.

Moving Up and Moving Down (and the percent versions) treat your value as a distance: they fire when the metric moves that much since the last check. Same box, three different meanings, and it's the most common source of "my alert fired weird". Starter includes the five directional comparators; Pro and Edge all nine.
