Price-vs-wall alerts

The price-vs-level conditions take no value at all. They watch the gap between price and the level (call wall, put wall, or flip) and fire when that gap crosses zero.

The subtlety that makes them better than a plain price alert: they also fire when the wall moves onto price, positioning shifting to meet a stationary market, which a fixed price target would miss entirely.
