Why are the leaderboards empty or unchanged?

The flow-driven panels (Top Flow, Largest Flow, the dashboards, 0DTE Flow) read the live tape, so outside market hours they hold or sit quiet, and first thing in the morning they refill as prints arrive.

The positioning panels freeze at the close with everything else and come back in the pre-market.
