How often each panel refreshes

The flow chart runs continuously. Leaderboards and boards refresh on a short cycle and positioning panels on a longer one; overall page cadence is 5 minutes on Starter, 60 seconds on Pro, 15 seconds on Edge.

Panels below the fold wake as you scroll to them, and polling pauses while the tab is hidden. So charts waking up when you return is normal, and an unchanged number inside a refresh window is caching doing its job.
