Payment methods: update a card or fix a failed payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Add or swap cards under Account → Payment methods. For annual Edge plans, ACH or wire can be arranged; email billing@exposuretape.com after subscribing.

If a payment fails, check the card's expiry and billing address first, then try another method. Still stuck? Email billing@exposuretape.com with your account email and we'll sort it out.
