I'd like to get a refund for a subscription I've paid

Please review our Refund Policy first. Because Exposure Tape is a digital product with immediate access, subscription payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for; canceling does not refund past charges. To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a renewal after you had already canceled, please contact our Support Team and we'll investigate and make it right.

Subscriptions activated via a mobile app can only be refunded in accordance with the terms of Google Play or the App Store, and only through the respective stores.
