Please review our Refund Policy first. Because Exposure Tape is a digital product with immediate access, subscription payments, including annual renewals, are non-refundable. Canceling from Account → Subscriptions stops future renewals, and you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a renewal after you had already canceled, please contact our Support Team and we'll investigate and make it right.

However, refunds for subscriptions activated via mobile apps can only be made in accordance with the terms of Google Play or the App Store and only through the respective stores.
