What is the Smart Money Score?

SMS is a server-side, direction-neutral percentile used to select prints, not a customer-visible confidence bar. The Tape table uses SMS ≥60 or unusualness (UNU) ≥95; the legacy browser scorecard is retired.

Hot Trades uses pure SMS ≥97 and ranks the selected prints highest first. Direction badges come from the print’s inferred sentiment, never from SMS.

One caveat we put in writing: SMS ranks attention. It does not predict returns, and a single print is never a signal on its own. Missing or invalid server scores fail closed; the product never substitutes a browser heuristic.
