The four KPI cards

Flow sentiment, put/call ratio, call flow, and put flow summarise the prints you're currently filtered to, not the whole market. Change the filters and the cards change with them. That's them doing their job.

Note the split axis: the counts are by volume, the dollar figures are premium.
